Welcome! I'm Elaine Gallas, a licensed mental health therapist and yoga instructor specializing in somatic embodiment and nervous system regulation. I blend top-down approaches, like cognitive processing and perspective shifting, with bottom-up body-centered techniques to help clients navigate their experiences with a holistic, integrative approach.

By incorporating trauma-informed strategies and the power of yoga, I guide clients in cultivating stress management, empowerment, and ease. Through somatic practices and nervous system regulation, we work toward deeper self-awareness, authenticity, and meaningful transformation.
